I just wanted to write you a quick letter to say thank you for all of your help with our mold situation this past Spring. Discovering a large quantity of mold in my crawl space was very upsetting and you helped make a stressful situation much easier to get through. As you know, I am also highly allergic to mold, so it was imperative that we get the area cleaned up so I could move back into the house.

The flexibility of your scheduling, the timeliness of your response and your willingness to work within our schedule really made the process much easier. When I found the mold and started calling companies for estimates, I was shocked at how they just jotted some numbers down on paper, how outrageous the estimates were and how much unnecessary work they were suggesting. You not only took the time to explain what really needed to be done to me but you also gave us a very reasonable price to work with. Thanks especially for getting the negative air machine out as quickly as you did so I could come home.
