A belated thank you for the mold diagnostics, mold remediation, duct cleaning, basement waterproofing, dehumidifier, and wall refinishing. The efforts of your firm and contractors back in January and February were a proven success this week after the heavy rains of the nor'easter. Our basement and family room remain dry. The mold and musty smell are a distant memory. We're confident that our problems are solved and will remain so. The family room is freshly painted and new carpet goes in next week. The cost of waterproofing was reasonable too and was installed well within the time estimate despite a snowstorm. The system has proved it's worth. The wall refinishing was also a job well done. We're glad we got the dehumidifier you recommended. It's very effective even in the cool basement environment.
