Advanced Mold Diagnostics, LLC is a local consulting firm specializing in indoor air quality investigations. We specialize in diagnosing mold, mildew and the moisture issues that accompany them in residential and commercial buildings.
Craig Camel has over 20 years experience in the construction arena with 15 of those years designing and implementing waterproofing and mold remediation solutions for commercial and residential buildings. He started this consulting company by pooling his extensive experience in multiple disciplines to satisfy the growing concerns of people regarding mold and indoor air quality issues. He soon learned you couldn’t do a complete mold inspections without a thorough understanding of the building sciences and how it relates to mold. Recognizing the shortcomings of traditional mold testing where we couldn’t find the source or couldn’t find the hidden mold – mold detection dogs seemed to be the answer. He soon learned about the use of mold detection dogs in Europe where they have been employed for over thirty years and decided to bring one here to help fill out his diagnostic tool kit. Hunter and Craig are one of 86 mold detection dog teams nationwide. Partnering with other mold dog detection teams in the area gives us the ability handle any large commercial or government project. Craig is on the board of the International Mold Dog Detection Association. We specialize in the investigative phase of detecting, diagnosing and prevention of mold and moisture problems in residential and commercial properties.
