The decision to declare a project complete is based on certain criteria being met.
Final clearance will only be approved when the above criteria are met. Depending on the results, it may be necessary for the mold remediation contractor to perform re-cleaning in one or more areas. If any re-cleaning is done by the mold remediation contractor an Advanced Mold Diagnostics technician will re-perform clearance testing in those areas at the mold remediation contractor’s expense.
When the mold remediation project is complete, a Clearance Letter is provided to our customer confirming the absence of abnormal moisture levels or mold growth in the areas where the mold remediation project was performed. A copy of the final laboratory report is included with the Clearance letter.
