Phase C: Monitoring Mold Remediation Project

 The purpose of mold remediation is to remove the mold growth and restore the property to a normal condition. Of the utmost importance is the repair of the defect or defects that created the moisture problem in the first place. Although we have CMR’s (Certified Mold Remediators) we do not perform mold remediation or make repairs, we do instruct clients on how to do it themselves which can result in substantial savings. We also offer support services including:

• Development of the Scope of Work
• Mold Remediation Planning and Coordination
• Monitoring/Overseeing of Mold Remediation Project

Once a mold remediation company is finished and your project and the underlying problem has been corrected, we perform Phase D- A Post Remediation Assessment to verify the effectiveness of their work.
