The Phase A Mold Inspection & Moisture Survey is a non-invasive physical survey of all accessible areas in order to identify potential mold and moisture problems. Mold growth often occurs unseen, so our highly trained specialists are trained to gather data using state-of-the-art tools including:

The main purpose of the Phase A Mold Inspection & Moisture Survey is to develop a mold testing or investigation strategy if necessary. The information gathered during Phase A enables our technicians to eliminate much of the waste and guesswork associated with traditional mold testing and mold inspections. Instead of random air testing & surface sampling, mold testing and investigations are done where our time-tested tools and techniques tell us to. This can dramatically reduce the amount of expensive mold testing needed during Phase B Mold Testing and Mold Investigation.
